MailMeWhen

What would you like in your inbox every day?

Type it, or press the button and say it, then leave an email. We watch it and handle it for you, and write the result into one letter a day. First 7 days free.

A reminder, a price to watch, a news digest, a daily phrase… anything works. The more specific, the better.

First 7 days free — no payment details needed. If you like it: $5/month; if you don't subscribe, it simply stops. Not a cent charged.

How it works

  1. You talk, we listen

Type or speak — tell us what you want to know every day, and leave your email.

  2. We set it up

We arrange everything. Nothing to learn, nothing to install.

  3. One letter a day

Starting tomorrow morning, the result lands in your inbox as one daily letter.

  4. Pay only if you like it

First 7 days free. Keep it for $5/month — or don't, and it stops by itself. No charge.

Try first, pay if you like it

Common questions

What kind of things can I hand over?

Anything that fits in one letter a day: weather and date reminders, watching a number (an exchange rate, a stock, a price), daily news digests, a daily language phrase, match results. Things that need hands — booking tickets, making appointments — we can't do yet.

What if you can't do what I asked?

We'll write and tell you honestly that we can't, and why — no silence, and no charge. We keep your request on file and write to you the day we can do it; if you'd rather not wait, reply once and we delete it.

Does it cost anything?

The first 7 days are free, with no payment details. After that, subscribe only if it's useful: $5/month. If you don't subscribe, it stops on its own — nothing is charged.

How do I stop?

Every letter ends with a “stop” link — one click is enough. Or just reply “stop” and we'll take care of it.

Will my email be used for anything else?

No. Your email is used only to send you these letters — never sold, never given to any third party. Details in the Privacy page at the bottom.

Do I need an app or an account?

No. No app, no account, no password. Just an inbox that receives mail.
